juz came back home from cystal jade buffet. i tot i ate alot, but mummy said i ate v.little. NO. i eat only 5 grains of rice a night. i eat like damn alot juz now lor. i feel as if my waist has balloon to 40 inches and i cant breathe cuz my stomach is so big and tight n full and its pressing against my diaphragm. *gasp*
not bad i lyk the steamboat buffet. i ate 8 xiaolongbaos wen my sister said she ate 35 HERSELF before. i muz learn to expand my stomach and not get fat at the same time.

juz today i purposely starved myself for the buffet. 1 milo in the morning and fast till 8.30pm. if not i'm sure i'll eat less than wat i ate juz now. *happy*
i muz burn the calories away. and mel's coming nxt wed to exercise again. i'm so happy to exercise wif her man. =)
shit i hav a bleeding earhole. marcus banged onto my ear a few days back n i ignored the pain. today i realise that i had dried blood on my earhole. took out my earring and saw it was still bleeding. hurts like shit. n i still go put alcohol summore scared got infection. pain X10. i cant slp on my left side tonight.
