addition to my mini-zoo:
GRASSHOPPERS!!!
picture 1: eggs
picture 2: grasshopper baby
picture 3: 2 babies plus 1 dead plus 1 shell.
mummy found a mama grasshopper laying eggs on her bedroom window. and she knocked it away so the mama grasshopper only laid 4 eggs. out of these 4, 3 hatched and 1 was squashed by my mummy. in just a few hours, 1 of the babies died. these 2 continued to grow and moult and grow and moult. i didn't know what to feed them cuz apparently they don't eat leaves. so i threw everything i could find into the house. some leaves, grapes, blah blah blah..and they managed to survive....
until today. mummy told me they died today.
well. it's a good experience for me then. haha.
